Mail Merge Reporting tracks your mail merge emails so you can easily follow up based on a number of metrics:

- Didn't Click
- Replied
- Didn't Reply
1.) Tap on More (...) in the lower right of your screen on mobile (iOS/Android) and lower left on cloze.com.
2.) Tap on Analytics
3.) Tap on Mail Merges

View the details
Recipient Metrics
For each person you can see how many times the email was opened, links clicked, and if they replied.
Most Popular Link Clicks
Scroll down to the bottom of the report to see the most popular links.
Follow up
Tap on the envelope icon in the upper right to follow up as needed.
You can see the same reports from the Sent folder too.
