How do I send an email with my matches to a person?
Platinum Feature: The Matching Engine feature is available with the Cloze Business Platinum Plan.
When matches are available you can easily send them to the person in a formatted email that includes off the details you set.
Tips
- Pictures - If a picture is included in the Deal (Property, Job, Project, Sale etc..) it will also be included in the email body.
- Custom Field Visibility - Custom Fields can be set to appear in your matches email. Here are step-by-step instructions on how to enable fields to appear in emails.
1.) Tap on the envelope icon along top of the screen on tablet and desktop or along the bottom of the screen on your phone.
2.) The matching Properties are automatically included in formatted email that includes all of the details and a picture if available.
Sending your email
You can include a short note to the person to personalize your email before sending it.
The matched Properties can also be re-arranged by dragging the property names listed in the RE section.
