Where can I see a report of my interactions?

In the Cloze Analytics section tap on the Week in Review in the Activity section.

The Week in Review activity report provides a summary of your calls, meetings, and other activity from the last seven days.

Contacts:

  • Total number of contacts, companies, and projects or deals

Email:

  • Breakdown of email sent vs. received
  • Breakdown of bulk vs. regular email

Interactions:

  • Who you interacted with (Customers, Prospects, Buyers, Sellers, Coworkers, etc...) 
  • How you interacted with Customers (Buyers, Sellers, etc.)
  • How you interacted with Prospects
  • Breakdown of calls, meetings, and notes 

To access this report tap on the Cloze Analytics section and select Week in Review.

To see your Week in Review navigate to the Analytics section. 

Please note that depending on your display customization you may need to tap on More and select Analytics from the menu. 

Tap on Activity to expand the section.

Tap on Week in Review to view the report.
