Sharing icons and meaning

Below are the primary icons that you will see when sharing with other members of your Team on Cloze. 

Contact Sharing

When viewing a contact you will see several different icons in the Relationship Section. 

Timeline Sharing

There are four primary icons

• On broadcast delay
• Shared
• Redacted
• Private (not shared)

Redaction

When contact information is redacted team members can only see that it occurred but are not able to read the details. 

• Redaction can be enabled team settings
• Redaction can be enabled on a specific account connected to Cloze

Note: 

• Redaction mode is enabled by default for all phone services. You can also enable it for email services.
• Each team member can enable this on their Cloze account if they wish. 
• Team administrators cannot override these redaction settings. Only individual team members can make changes.

Assigned Contact with Timeline Sharing Enabled

Contacts with an arrow pointing at My People are assigned to you. In this example, the contact is assigned to Kim Canterbury. 

Kim is looking at this contact and can see she is sharing her timeline. 

• Note that Share timeline with The Weston Group is toggled on. 
• The solid-filled checkmark next to The Weston Group means the contact has been shared with her team and she is sharing her timeline activity. 

Private Contacts

Private contacts will have a lock icon next to My People. If you wish to share the contact with your team tap on your team name.
