How do I accept an invitation to join my team?
There are two ways to join your team on Cloze.
1.) Self-service
If your organization is already setup with Cloze Business you can join your team directly in Settings.
- Your Cloze Business Administrator must enable "Self Service" in Settings for you to join without an invite.
- Please connect your work email to Cloze before you join your organization on Cloze Business. Only Cloze accounts with verified work emails are able to join without an invitation (see below).
Here are instructions that walk you through joining your team when self-service in enabled.
2.) An invitation
Your Cloze Administrator can send an email invitation to you that you can accept to join your team. Here are instructions that your Admin can follow to invite you to join your team.
Below you will find instructions for joining your team via an email invitation.
1.) Accept your invitation by tapping on the "Accept Invitation" button.
Please note that if you have already created a Cloze account you will join your team immediately once you tap on the Accept Invitation button and sign into Cloze. If you have not yet created a Cloze account please proceed to Step 2 below.
2.) Create your Cloze Account
You are now joined to your team and have setup your Cloze account.
