How do I send a Marketing Email?
Note: The Marketing Email feature is included as part of the Cloze Business Platinum Plan.
Use Cloze marketing email to share updates with your clients, promote events, send newsletters, and more. Each email created in the marketing email editor uses a responsive design that works on both mobile and desktop.
Marketing Emails templates can be sent in two ways:
- From the email composer
- From the Template Library
Send a Marketing Email from the Email Composer
Marketing emails can be sent to a single person or multiple people.
1.) Compose an email to one or more people
Select a single person.
Or select multiple people to send a Mail Merge email.
2.) Tap on the template icon (stacked paper icon) and select Marketing Email
3.) Select your template from the list or search for it.
4.) Send your email.
Send a Marketing Email from the Template Library
You can also navigate to the Library and send from the template itself.
1.) Tap on More (...) in the lower right of your screen on mobile (iOS/Android) and lower left on cloze.com.
2.) Tap on Template Library.
3.) Search for your template.
4.) Tap on the envelope icon to send an email using the template.
