Fixed Amount of Time - Campaign “Wait For” settings

The Cloze Campaigns feature is included as part of the Cloze Business Platinum Plan

There are several types of wait options that can be automated with a Campaign. The "Wait For" campaigns settings for Fixed Amount of Time steps are helpful if you want to pause between actions (i.e., Set how long to wait until proceeding to the next Campaign step.)


Wait Time:

  • Short Wait (Minutes, Hours)
  • Long Wait (Days, Weeks, Months, 1 year)
  • Work Week and Calendar (Start of workday, next morning, next week, next month)
  • Day of Week (Next Monday, Next Tuesday, etc)
  • Day of Month (1st day of month, 2nd day of month, etc)
  • Day Within Month (1st Monday of Month, 2nd Tuesday of Month, etc)

Wait Until Work Time Option


In the example below each Auto Send Email action has a 1-day wait between steps. 


Fixed Amount of Time Campaign "Wait For" Settings.

  1. Tap on the + icon and then tap on Wait.
  2. Select Fixed Amount of Time.

  1. After adding a "Fixed Amount of Time" step, set the Wait Time.




Wait Until Work Time

With this option toggled on, the waiting period won't start until Work time hours. If the Campaign step triggers during work hours, the waiting time (as set in Wait above) starts immediately. If the Campaign step triggers after work hours, the waiting time (as set in Wait above) starts as soon as the next work hours begin. 

Work hours are set in the Work Week and Locale section of Settings
