How do I set my default Campaign texting account?
The Cloze Campaigns feature is included as part of the Cloze Business Platinum Plan.
In Settings, you can set the default account that Cloze will use when sending an automated Campaign text.
With Cloze Campaigns you can automatically send text messages using Dialpad, RingCentral or Twilio. To set Dialpad, RingCentral or Twilio please follow the instructions below.
Please note you will need to first connect your Dialpad, RingCentral, or Twilio account to Cloze. Here are instructions:

1.) Tap on the More Options menu (...) and then select Settings.
Mobile:
- Tap on More in the lower right of your screen on mobile (iOS/Android).
- Select Settings.

On your computer:
- Tap on More in the lower left on your computer (cloze.com).
- Select Settings.

2.) Scroll down to the Assistant section and tap on Campaigns to expand the section.

3.) Under Campaign Texts, tap on the dropdown to set the account you wish to use for auto-sending Campaign texts.
