How do I set my default Campaign texting account?

Note:  The Cloze Campaigns feature is currently in beta and included as part of the Cloze Business Platinum Plan. Please reach out to support@cloze.com for early access.  

In Settings, you can set the default account that Cloze will use when sending an automated Campaign text.

With Cloze Campaigns you can automatically send text messages using Dialpad or RingCentral. To set Dialpad or RingCentral please follow the instructions below.

Please note you will need to first connect your Dialpad or RingCentral to Cloze. Here are instructions:

1.) Tap on More (...) in the lower right of your screen on mobile (iOS/Android) and lower left on cloze.com.

2.) Tap on Settings

3.) Scroll down to the Assistant section and tap on Campaigns to expand the section.

3.) Tap on the dropdown to set the account you wish to use for auto-sending Campaign texts.
