How do I automatically send birthday emails?

The Cloze Campaigns feature is included as part of the Cloze Business Platinum Plan. 

Cloze can automatically send birthday emails on your behalf using a Campaign. When the birthday arrives Cloze will send an email using a template and your real email. 

Below are step-by-step instructions on how to enable a birthday Campaign automation. 

1.) Tap on More (...) in the lower right of your screen on mobile (iOS/Android) and lower left on cloze.com.

2.) Tap on Template Library.

3.) In the search box type in "birthday" to find the built-in birthday "assist" template. 

4.) Select the "Keep in Touch - Birthday" template and then tap on edit. 

5.) Tap on the Campaign icon to automate sending.

Select one of two options:

  1. Automate As-Is - Automate sending the existing template
  2. Edit and Automate - Edit the template before automating it

Make any changes to your template and then tap on Save.
