How do I automatically send birthday emails?

The Cloze Campaigns feature is included as part of the Cloze Business Platinum Plan. 

Cloze can automatically send birthday emails on your behalf using a Campaign. When the birthday arrives Cloze will send an email using a template and your real email. 

Below are step-by-step instructions on how to enable a birthday Campaign automation:

1.) To enable a birthday Campaign automation:

a.) Tap on the Template Library.

b.) In the search bar at the top, search for "Birthday"

c.) Tap on the Birthday template under "Custom Fields" to select it.

2.) After tapping on the template, tap on the campaign icon towards the upper-right. Select one of the following options:

a.) Automate As-Is: This will use the current template as-is for the birthday campaign.

b.) Edit and Automate: This option will allow you to make changes to the template. Once you save the changes, the template will then be used for the birthday campaign.

3.) Make any changes to your template and then tap on "Review". Save to your "My Library".

4.) Once you automate the birthday email, you will see that the email will be sent on the "Birthday" date (a) and then you will see the email template being used at the bottom (b).
