How do I start a campaign on a single contact?
The Cloze Campaigns feature is included as part of the Cloze Business Platinum Plan.
You can start a campaign from the contact's profile or when viewing the campaign itself.
From the Contact's Profile
1.) When viewing the contact's profile, tap More Actions beneath their name and then tap on Start a Campaign.
2.) Select the campaign from the menu to start it.
When Viewing the Campaign
In the template library, select the campaign:
- Tap on Start Now.
- Enter the contact's name.
- Tap on Start Campaign.
