How do I create a personal newsletter in under 5 minutes?

The Marketing Email feature is included as part of the Cloze Business Platinum Plan.

With the Cloze Marketing Email feature, you can create beautiful, image-rich personal newsletters that work in every email client. You can use Cloze Marketing Email to share updates with your clients, promote events, send newsletters, and more. Designs created in the Marketing Email editor use a responsive design that works on both mobile and desktop. Best of all, you don’t have to be a designer or content marketer to create newsletters with Cloze.

Using the Marketing Email feature you can quickly assemble a newsletter in just a few minutes. 

Create a personal newsletter in minutes

Creating a newsletter is as easy as pasting a few links. Cloze will automatically format the links for you.

Simply start with a base template, paste your links, and include a personal note. Add this to your weekly schedule to ensure your clients get relevant newsletters.

  1. Collect interesting articles throughout the week.
  2. Send when you are ready – simply insert them from your Library, and it automatically creates a newsletter for you, including pictures.
  3. Add a personal note and send your email any time.


1.) Navigate to the Template Library and tap on the new template (+) icon. 

Mobile: 
  1. Tap on More in the lower right of your screen on mobile (iOS/Android).
  2. Select Template Library. 
  3. Tap on the new template (+) icon. 

On your computer: 

Please note you may see the Library on the left-hand screen navigation. If not follow the instructions below to access the More menu and then select the Template Library.

  1. Tap on More in the lower left on your computer (cloze.com). 
  2. Select Template Library. 

2.) Tap on the + icon and then Marketing Email. Then tap on Blank Marketing Mail.

3.) Setup your newsletter

  1. Name your newsletter, add a category, and a subject line
  2. Tap on Add Section and then scroll down to add Articles/Blog Posts

4.) Select the articles you wish to include in your newsletter by tapping on the checkmarks next to the articles and then tapping Add.

5.) Once you add articles, you will be prompted to create an introduction. Cloze AI will summarize the articles included and draft an introduction that you can edit/adjust.

6.) Tap on Review to save your newsletter, see a preview, or send a test.
