How do I show if I'm available or away? (Presence setting)
Platinum Feature: This feature is available with the Cloze Business Platinum Plan.
The Presence setting allows a user to set when they are available, when their shift ends, and when they are away. Users' availability can be integrated into lead routing rules and lead distribution ponds, so leads are only routed to users that are currently available. This setting needs to be enabled by a team administrator.
Once the setting is enabled, a user will see the option to set their availability. You need to toggle this setting each day to make yourself available. Once you reach the end of your shift, you will be marked as Away.
You can see if someone is available or away by looking at the tags in their profile.
Desktop
1.) On cloze.com, at the bottom on the left-hand side, you will see the toggle. If you are away/unavailable, it will be red and say No. The icon above More will be an alarm clock.
2.) You can tap on the toggle and set the time for your shift to end or you can tap on the More icon.
3.) Set the time or select "Keep Me Available".
Mobile
1.) On your mobile device, tap on More. The alarm clock icon indicates that your status is currently away.
2.) You will see your availability status. Tap on "Make me Available" to change your availability.
3.) Select the time your shift ends by tapping on a time. You can also scroll to the bottom to select "Keep me Available" to always remain available.
4.) If you need to change your availability, tap on More again and then tap on Availability.
5.) Select a time.
