How do I use Cloze AI to create a personal bio?
Want to refresh your professional biography on your website or marketing materials? Cloze can help. With Cloze's Personal Bio Wizard, you can refresh an existing bio or create a new one with just some key details about yourself. The bio can then be copied and used outside of Cloze or used to inform new content created with Cloze's Ghostwriter feature.
1.) Navigate to your profile in Cloze.
- Tap on the My People tab.
- Tap on your profile.
2.) Tap on Market beneath your name.
3.) Refine your existing bio or create a new one.
You will see two options:
a.) Select Refine Existing if you have an existing bio (e.g. from your website) that could use a refresh. You can simply paste it in and Cloze will use it as a starting point to create four other options.
b.) Select Create New if you want to enter a few key details about yourself and let Cloze create a new bio for you.
If you have a bio in Cloze already, you will also see the option to Remove (delete) your bio.
Refine Existing
You can paste a bio from your website or, if you have already used the Personal Bio Wizard in Cloze, selecting Refine Existing will re-run the AI to create four new personal bio options.
1.) Paste your existing bio into Cloze and tap on Next.
2.) Review the four versions by tapping on v1-v4. Once you have decided on your favorite, tap Select.
3.) Make any changes by typing directly into the text box, then tap Review.
4.) Confirm your bio is Accurate and truthful and Compliant with all relevant laws by tapping on each checkmark. Then tap on Save.
Create New
1.) Add facts and highlights about you.
The AI will use these facts to create your bio so make sure to include the most important details and some interesting facts to set yourself apart.
- Add some key facts about yourself in each box.
- Select the Voice (third or first person)
- Tap Next.
2.) Review the four options by tapping on v1-v4. Once you have found your favorite, tap Select.
3.) Make any changes by typing directly into the text box, then tap Review.
4.) Confirm your bio is Accurate and truthful and Compliant with all relevant laws by tapping on each checkmark. Then tap on Save.
You now have a personal bio that can be used as additional context when using the Ghostwriter feature to create new emails in Cloze or you can simply cut and paste it to use on your website, social media, and other materials.
