How do I use Cloze AI to write an introductory email based on my personal bio?
When we are prospecting it is common to cite our expertise when introducing ourselves, but talking about ourselves can be difficult and we’ve all stared at a blank screen with writers-block while contemplating what to write. With Cloze’s ChatGPT-powered Ghostwriter, you can quickly create an email based on your personal bio. Simply enter a short summary, include your personal bio as extra context, and let Ghostwriter do the work.

Open the email composer and tap on the lightbulb icon to try it.
1.) Compose a new email to a person and tap on the lightbulb icon.
2.) Select one of the existing prompts or select Other Topic.
To create an email on any topic select
Other Topic.
Ghostwrite the email and toggle
- 3.) Custom topic: Enter a short summary of what you want to say.
- Important: In this case, we recommend something like "Say hello as a local realtor" or "Introduce myself as a local real estate agent".
- 4.) Tone: Set the tone (e.g. authentic, professional, etc...)
- 5.) Language: Set the language.
- 6.) Additional contact: Add additional context.
- Important: Set My Personal Bio. This will use the bio set on your own profile in Cloze.
- 7.) Keep it short: Set if you want a short email.
- 8.) Generate a subject: Set if you want a Subject.
- 9.) Start Writing: Tap on the Start Writing button.
10.) Review the ghostwritten content. If you like what was written tap on the Use Content button or 11.) (optional) tap on the Rewrite button to try again.
12.) Tap on the Send button to send your email.
Optionally, you can make changes before you send the email.
