How do I trigger a campaign if I'm going away or will be out of the office?
Note: Before adding a trigger to a campaign, create your campaign first.
1.) Navigate to the Template Library.
Please note you may see the Library on the left-hand screen navigation. If not follow the instructions below to access the More menu and then select the Template Library.
- Tap on More in the lower left on your computer (cloze.com).
- Select Template Library.
2.) Select your campaign and then tap on the chain link icon.
3.) Tap on one of the options to select what will automatically start the campaign.
4.) When your account is marked as away, this campaign will be triggered for contacts in certain audiences when they email you. Toggle ON the options and then tap on Save.
