How do I trigger a campaign if I'm going away or will be out of the office?
Note: The Cloze Campaigns feature is included as part of the Cloze Business Platinum Plan.
If your availability is away or you are out of the office, a campaign will be triggered if you are sent an email by a specific group of contacts.
1.) Navigate to the Template Library.
Tap on the Library section on the left side of Cloze.
If you do not see the Library icon:
- Tap on More in the lower left on your computer (cloze.com).
- Select Template Library.
2.) Tap on your campaign to select it and then tap on "Add a Trigger".
3.) Tap on one "Email Received While Away".
4.) For the Away Trigger:
- Toggle ON the audiences you want to trigger a campaign for when someone from that audience emails you while you’re away.
- Tap on Save.
- Tap on Done.
