Cloze automatically creates leads from emails by capturing the information found in the body of the email. This ensures that leads never slip through the cracks

Every lead gets an automatic follow-up plan
When new leads arrive in your inbox via email, Cloze will alert you to add the extracted contact information so you can quickly follow up with the lead.
1.) Tap on the More Options menu (...) and select Settings.
- Tap on More in the lower left on your computer (cloze.com).
- Select Settings.
2.) Scroll down to the Assistant section and tap on Lead Management to expand the section. Then tap on Edit Lead Sources.
3.) Then enter the email addresses that send you leads.
For example, email notifications from JotForm web forms are sent via the email address noreply@jotform.com. To capture leads from JotForm, you would enter noreply@jotform.com.
For other services, simply enter the email address that sends you the leads.
