Every lead gets an automatic follow-up plan
When new leads arrive in your inbox via email Cloze will alert you to add the extracted contact information so you can quickly follow up with the lead.
The Next Step is also set automatically to remind you to follow up again. Or a
Cloze Campaign can be triggered to automatically follow up through a series of drip emails and other activity.
1.) Tap on the More Options menu (...) and select Settings.
- Tap on More in the lower left on your computer (cloze.com).
- Select Settings.
2.) Scroll down to the Assistant section and tap on Lead Management to expand the section. Then tap on Edit Lead Sources.
3.) Then enter the email addresses that send you leads.
For example, email notifications from JotForm web forms are sent via the email address noreply@jotform.com. To capture leads from JotForm you would enter noreply@jotform.com.
For other services simply enter the email address that sends you the leads.
