Activity Analytics

Activity Analytics help you see how you've been spending your time. Are you spending more time with CxOs or VPs? Leads or existing customers? Activity Analytics can tell you.

Activity Reports and Analytics are found in the Analytics section of Cloze.  When you select Your Activity you will find several sections:

  • Activity by Segment and Stage summary - the total number of email sent and received (non bulk), meetings, calls (inbound and outbound) and messages (inbound and outbound).
  • Trailing period - the trailing days, weeks, or months of activity for sent mail, meetings and calls (inbound and outbound). 
  • Email and calls percentage - percentage breakdown of all mail versus bulk mail, percentage email of sent mail versus received mail and percentage of calls that are outbound versus inbound.
  • Overall activity for the time period - number of sent mail, meetings, calls (outbound and inbound), messages (like Slack or RingCentral text messages), notes, to dos, and Next Steps completed. 
  • Time period Trend by Segment - provides time period over time period activity trends by Segment (weekly, monthly, quarterly or yearly). For the current time period Cloze will provide a projection as well. 
  • Time period Trend by Stage - provides time period over time period activity trends by Stage (weekly, monthly, quarterly or yearly). For the current time period Cloze will provide a projection as well. 
  • Time period Trend by Role - provides time period over time period activity trends by Role (weekly, monthly, quarterly or yearly). For the current time period Cloze will provide a projection as well. 

1.) Tap on More (...) in the lower right of your screen on mobile (iOS/Android) and lower left on cloze.com.

Please note that depending on your display customization you may need to tap on More and select Analytics from the menu. 

2.) Tap on Activity to expand the section.

Tap Activity to view a breakdown of your interactions for the current period.

Tap on the Funnel icon to filter by Stage, Segment, or Custom Field.

Tap on the calendar icon to adjust the Time Scale (e.g. This Week, This Month, This Quarter, Last Month, Last Year, etc..). 

Trailing period

The trailing days, weeks, or months of activity for sent mail, meetings, and calls (inbound and outbound). 

Email and calls percentage

Percentage breakdown of all mail versus bulk mail, percentage email of sent mail versus received mail and percentage of calls that are outbound versus inbound.

Overall activity for the time period

Number of sent mail, meetings, calls (outbound and inbound), messages (like Slack or RingCentral text messages), notes, to dos, and Next Steps completed. 

Time period Trend by Segment

Provides time period over time period activity trends by Segment (weekly, monthly, quarterly or yearly). For the current time period Cloze will provide a projection as well. 

Time period Trend by Stage

Provides time period over time period activity trends by Stage (weekly, monthly, quarterly or yearly). For the current time period Cloze will provide a projection as well. 

Time period Trend by Role 

Provides time period over time period activity trends by Role (weekly, monthly, quarterly or yearly). For the current time period Cloze will provide a projection as well. 

Note: Cloze analyzes contact titles to automatically detect their role. Click here for instructions on how to enable the Role Custom Field in the Relationship section of your contact profiles.
