Automatic Keep in Touch Reminders

Cloze uses artificial intelligence to analyze your interaction patterns and will automatically surface people you haven't talked to recently that might still be important. You will see these reminders on the Agenda. 

Keep in Touch Reminders 

  • Keep in touch - Cloze will automatically remind you when to reach out to key people like your customers. Learn More.
  • Blast from the past - Cloze reminds you about a contact that used to be important to you, but you have fallen out of touch with them recently. Use these reminders to rekindle your relationship.

This feature is enabled by default in premium Cloze accounts. If you wish to adjust your settings please see below. 

Beyond these automatic suggestions, you can also set recurring and planned keep-in-touch reminders. 

When will Cloze remind you to reach out?

Cloze uses A.I. to suggest when to follow up. Every time you communicate with someone (email, text, call, etc…), Cloze will wait before reminding you to reach out to them again
Each contact’s STAGE and SEGMENT combination determines how long Cloze will wait to remind you about them. 

For example, remind me every 3 days about my Warm Sellers or every quarter about my Closed Buyers.

How do I fine-tune my keep-in-touch settings?

You can set your keep in touch reminder settings for your various Relationship Types (Stage and Segment combinations).

Cloze offers many options including:

  • 1 day
  • 2 days
  • 3 days
  • Week
  • 2 weeks
  • 3 weeks
  • Month
  • 45 days
  • Quarter
  • 6 months
  • Year

For example, if you want to be reminded to stay in touch with clients every month or suppliers every three weeks, follow these instructions:

How do I further adjust my keep-in-touch settings?

Cloze includes several other settings you adjust in Settings. 

Keep in Touch

  •  Suggest keep in touch - on by default
  •  Include suggestions for coworkers - optionally toggle on keep in touch for coworkers
Company Keep in Touch
  • Suggest keep in touch for Company - Suggest Company to keep in touch with based on the people that work there.
Deal/Project/Property Keep in Touch 
  • Treat as assigned to deal team - - When you're on a deal team, treat customers, clients, buyers, sellers etc... in the Deal/Project/Property as if they are assigned to you.

1.) Tap on More (...) in the lower right of your screen on mobile (iOS/Android) and lower left on 

2.) Tap on Settings

3.) Scroll down to the Assistant section and tap on Smart Suggestions to expand the section.
