How do I reassign contacts to another member of my team?

When you setup your Cloze Business account you can invite other members of your organization to join. Both companies and people can be assigned to other members of your organization.

You can assign a person or company to a member of your team and view their ongoing activity. Please follow these instructions to reassign contacts as needed. 

Note: To see this view you must be assigned the Administrator role or your Cloze Business Administrator must have enabled this access for your company.



Reassign a single contact

1.) To view which of your people or companies have been assigned navigate to the People or Companies sections and tap on My People. Then tap on your team's audience under Shared Audiences. (In this example, the team audience is Wellesley Realty.)

2.) Tap on the views icon and then select Kanban Board.

3.) You will be able to see the contacts in this shared audience and who they are assigned to. Tap on a contact and drag to another column to assign or reassign the contact to someone.




Reassign multiple contacts at once (Bulk Change)

1.) To view which of your people or companies have been assigned navigate to the People or Companies sections and tap on My People. Then tap on your team's audience under Shared Audiences. (In this example, the team audience is Wellesley Realty.)

2.) Tap on the funnel icon and tap on Must Match All of These

3.) Tap on Collaboration and then Assignee. Tap on the Assigned team member to filter assigned contacts. Tap on the checkmark in the upper left to save your selection.

4.) To reassign contacts, tap tap on the checkmarks next to the people you wish to reassign. Then tap on the large checkmark at the bottom to open the Bulk Actions menu. 

5.) Scroll down to Assign and then select the team member to reassign the contacts to. Confirm the change after selecting the team member.
