How do I find contacts Cloze recommends organizing? (Contacts to Classify Filter)
The "Contacts to Classify" sort option will contain only contacts who have not been given a stage, segment, or tag, and they will be sorted in order of best relationship.
Whether you’re just starting with Cloze or are a seasoned user, you may often have contacts that need to be organized. For example, certain contacts can be marked as a specific type of client or personal relationship type (Segment), identified in a step of the transaction process (Stage), if applicable, and/or labeled with specific keywords (Tags). To accomplish this, we recommend using the "Contacts to Classify" sort option, which will display your best relationship contacts, generated by Cloze AI, who have not yet been given a stage, segment, or tag.
Here are examples to consider:
- A past client referred you to a family member and you have been corresponding through email. They're a contact in your Cloze account but you haven't organized them yet. Cloze's A.I. will catch that you have a strong, active relationship with this person and when you sort by Contacts to be Classified, they will be towards to top.
- You have contacts that were added recently because you emailed with them, but you haven’t yet categorized them.
- There are contacts who have recently become important to you. They may have been in your database for a while, but they only recently became more important.
To sort by the Contacts to Classify option:
1.) On the My People tab, tap on the funnel icon at the top.
2.) Tap on sort by and scroll down to the Organizing section.
3.) Tap on Contacts to Classify then tap on the checkmark in the upper left to save your selection.
