Example Campaign: Get To Know Campaign

The Cloze Get to Know Campaign feature is included as part of the Cloze Business Platinum Plus Plan. 

Step 1: Create a Get-To-Know Audience

As a first step please follow these instructions to create a Get-To-Know audience. Once you have created your new audience you can follow the steps below to enable a Get to Know Campaign. 

Step 2: Enable a Get To Know Campaign

1. Select your Get to Know Audience

2. Tap on the funnel icon.

3. Scroll to the bottom and tap on Edit Audience.

4. Tap on the drop down next to Audience Campaign.

5. Set how many people per day will start in this campaign. 

6. Save your changes by tapping on the Save Audience button. 

Step 3: Create or refine your Get To Know Campaign

Your brokerage or organization may have already created the Get To Know Campaign for you. If not, you can add your campaign steps. 

1. Navigate to the Cloze Library.

Depending on your customizations the Library may be accessible through the More menu or you will see it directly along the left side of the screen (or along the bottom of the screen on a tablet).

2. Search for "Get To Know" or scroll down to the Assists and Automations section. 

3. Tap on Edit.

4.) Edit an existing Get To Know Campaign or create your own. 

In this example, the campaign will send three emails over two weeks. Each email replies to the previous email to make it feel more authentic. The campaign will automatically stop if the recipient replies or books a future meeting.

There are two primary steps when creating a campaign:

  1. Create your email templates
  2. Create your campaign (you will link your templates from step 1 while creating your campaign)

Email 1: The first email in this Get to Know Campaign.

I’m a real estate agent with Tully Realty. I just wanted to reach out and introduce myself.

Is there anything I can do for you?

I’ve been helping folks out in our community with all their real estate needs for many years. Whether you are buying or selling or just have questions about the market I’m here to help.

Email 3: Campaign email three also uses several alternatives to keep the content fresh and varied. Cloze will automatically pick among the original and four alternatives. Please follow these instructions to use AI to create this type of template

Alternative email 4:

I understand you are very busy, which is why I would like to offer one more opportunity for us to work together. I am confident that I can be a dependable and knowledgeable resource for all of your real estate needs in the region. Should you require any assistance, please do not hesitate to contact me.

 Get to Know Campaign 

This campaign uses the three above templates. Each person that enters the campaign will receive three drip emails over roughly two weeks. The campaign will stop if the receipt engages. 

Use the campaign controls to set how the campaign ends. In the screenshot below, the campaign will stop automatically if the contact replies or a meeting is booked.
