Canva and Cloze Overview

Cloze has two ways to create Canva designs:

  1. Cloze App for Canva - Connect Cloze to any Canva plan (including the free plan).
  2. Canva Enterprise Integration - Connect the Canva Enterprise Plan to create designs using brand-approved templates automatically.

Note: The Canva Enterprise integration requires the Cloze Enterprise plan.

Cloze connects your listings to Canva so you can produce on-brand materials quickly.

There are two complementary ways to use Canva with Cloze:

  1. Cloze App for Canva - Works inside any Canva plan (even Free!), letting you pull listing photos and details from Cloze into any Canva design for flexible, one-off creation.

  2. Canva Enterprise integration - From any Cloze listing, you can send details to Canva Enterprise and instantly open a marketing-approved flyer, postcard, social post, and more that’s already filled in with listing photos, price, address, and agent info. You can optionally fine-tune the design in Canva, then share from Canva or email the finished pieces directly through Cloze.

If your brokerage uses Canva Enterprise, you can also use the Cloze App for Canva alongside the Enterprise integration—use Canva Enterprise with their Autofill feature when you want locked-down, auto-filled templates at scale, and use the app for ad-hoc creativity and tweaking the auto-filled templates.

Cloze App for Canva

You can use any Canva template to create social media posts, property flyers, postcards, websites, and more.

Getting Started with the Cloze App for Canva

Before you connect your Canva account to your Cloze account, we recommend that you sign in to both Cloze and Canva on your web browser.

Canva Enterprise integration

You already work in Canva. With the Cloze + Canva Enterprise integration, you can send any listing from Cloze to Canva and instantly create branded flyers, postcards, and social posts that are already filled in with the right photos and details. No dragging and dropping, no retyping—Cloze places your listing and agent information into your brokerage’s approved Canva templates, then opens Canva for quick edits before you print, post, or email the finished designs through Cloze.

How It Works

This next part is for the marketing team. You set up the approved Canva templates and decide which Cloze listing details appear in each spot, so agents can generate on-brand marketing in seconds.

Each design element in a Canva brand template can be connected—or “mapped”—to a matching data field in Cloze. When an agent sends a listing to Canva through the Cloze–Canva integration, Cloze automatically pulls the relevant property details into each mapped element, updating the design in seconds.

For example, a listing template can dynamically fill in details such as:

  • Property address – automatically inserted into headline or title text fields.
  • Listing price – pulled from Cloze and displayed in the designated price element.
  • Description and key features – synced directly from the property record to the body text or highlights section.
  • Property photos – auto-populated into the image placeholders or galleries.
  • Agent details – name, headshot, contact info, and branding elements filled in from the agent’s Cloze profile.

Brokerage benefits

  • Consistent branding - Agents only see approved, autofill-ready Brand Templates.
  • Speed at scale - Data flows from Cloze into Canva; agents make light edits and publish.
  • High adoption -  The workflow lives inside Canva, which agents already know.

How an agent creates marketing materials with Cloze and Canva

  1. Start in Cloze – Select any listing and tap More Options > Send to Canva Enterprise. Cloze shows only your autofill-enabled Brand Templates. Autofillable templates are created in Canva using the Data Autofill app and published as Brand Templates by the brokerage marketing team.
  2. Pick a template or Template Pack – Generate a single design or a pack (e.g., flyers, postcards, social) that generates a full set at once. Template Packs are a Cloze convenience that groups related Canva Brand Templates for bulk creation.
  3. Cloze fills the details – Listing photos, price, address, and agent info are sent to Canva and auto-inserted into marketing-approved templates.
  4. Optionally customize in Canva – You’re taken straight into Canva to review and adjust layouts, swap photos, or edit text.
  5. Share or send – Print or post from Canva or email the finished designs directly through Cloze.
