Team Activity Leaderboard
The Leaderboard shows a list of your team members on Cloze and ranks their activity by several categories (we call them Activity Measures) including:
- Sent Mail
- Calls Made
- Drop Ins (or Viewings)
- Email Opens
- And several other activity measures
You will also see the time period over time period values and percentage increase or decrease based on the time scale you select (tap on the calendar icon at the top of the screen to adjust the time scale).
The Activity Leaderboard can be customized in several ways:
- Add Activity Measures to Cloze overall
- Add specific Activity Measures to appear as columns on the Leaderboard
- Reorder the columns in the Leaderboard
As a Team Admin or Manager, you can click on any team member to view their specific dashboard.
To see the Leaderboard navigate to the Analytics section.
Please note that depending on your display customization you may need to tap on More and select Analytics from the menu.
Tap on your team name to expand the section.
Tap on the Activity folder and select the Activity Leaderboard.
View activity by team member.
Tap on any team member to drill into their activities.
Admins, Managers, and others with the appropriate role permissions can tap on a team member to drill into a breakdown of activity by Stage and Segment.
For each team member, you will see period-over-period changes.
View time period over time period values and percentage increase or decrease based on the time scale you select.
All columns are sortable.
Tap on the Funnel icon to filter by Stage, Segment, or Custom Field.
Tap on the calendar icon to adjust the Time Scale (e.g. this Week, This Month, This Quarter, Last Month, Last Year, etc..).
Scroll down further to select a specific day, week, month, quarter, or year.
You can also filter by Sub Team.
