How do I automatically send anniversary emails?
The Cloze Campaigns feature is included as part of the Cloze Business Platinum Plan.
Cloze can automatically send anniversary reminder emails on your behalf using a Campaign. When the anniversary arrives Cloze will send an email using a template and your real email.
Recurring anniversary reminders are a great way to keep track of the import dates of your clients.
Anniversary reminders examples include:
- Purchase anniversary
- Sale anniversary
- Lease expiration
- Policy renewal
- Contract renewal
- Wedding anniversary
- Real estate review
- Or any other important date you wish to track
Recurring reminders are displayed on the Agenda and then you can swipe to take action. Please follow these instructions to add an anniversary custom field.
A Cloze Campaign automation can send these reminder emails out for you automatically.
Below are step-by-step instructions on how to enable an anniversary Campaign automation.
1.) Tap on More (...) in the lower right of your screen on mobile (iOS/Android) and lower left on cloze.com.
2.) Tap on Template Library.
3.) In the search box type in the name of your custom field to find the template scroll down and tap on the Custom Fields section to expand the section.
Or scroll down and tap on the Custom Fields section.
4.) Select the template you wish to automate. In this example, we are selecting the "Purchase Anniversary" template.
5.) Tap on the Campaigns icon to automate sending.
Select one of two options:
- Automate As-Is - Automate sending the existing template
- Edit and Automate - Edit the template before automating it
Make any changes to your template and then tap on Save.

You can then tap the "Automatically Send 'Purchase Anniversary' Email" Campaign step and make changes as needed.
