How do I preview a Mail Merge before I send it?
Compose your Mail Merge email and then Preview your email to see if you need to make any changes before sending.
After previewing, you can also send a test email.
You can scroll down the list of recipients and select them to preview the email with their unique merge fields and further personalize the message for each recipient.
There are several options when sending a Mail Merge email:
- Personalize each message before it is sent
- Add the Spouse and other related people to reach Mail Merge email
- Schedule a Mail Merge email to be sent in the future
- Open the Send Options menu by tapping on the small triangle next to Send and then tap on "Preview".
- When Previewing:
- Tap Cancel to return and edit your email.
- Tap Send Test to send a test email
- If you tap on Send Test, a wizard will open. Fill in the fields and then tap on send.
- Add the recipients by typing their name
- Choose if you want the test to be sent as a mail merge
- The References "re" fields are copied across from the email you're composing
- If you want to send the mail merge, tap on Send.
