Matching Engine Overview
The Matching Engine feature is available with the Cloze Business Platinum Plan.
Matching Engine connects the people you work with to the things you're selling — set the same criteria on both sides, and Cloze shows you the matches.
- Real-Estate: Match properties to customers based on their features
- Recruiting: Match positions to potential candidates based on their profile
- Non-Profit: Match list of potential donors to a current campaign based on their expressed interests.
GETTING STARTED
Create Matching Custom Fields
Set up Pick List Custom Fields that will appear on both people and listings (for example: Property Type, Bedrooms, Price Range). These fields are what the Matching Engine compares to generate matches.

Rename your Projects/Deals section (optional)
You can relabel the default “Projects/Deals” section to match your business — Property, Listing, Job, Car, Yacht, Campaign, etc.

Set the matching values for your contacts
Add your contacts to Cloze and fill in their Matching Custom Fields with what they’re looking for. This is
what the Matching Engine uses to find listings they’d be interested in.
Set the matching values for the "product" you are brokering
Add your properties, jobs, cars, campaigns, etc. and fill in the same Matching Custom Fields to describe each listing.
Both people and listings can be added the same three ways:

View your matches
Once matching values are set on both sides, matches appear automatically:

Send matches to your clients
Once you have matches, you can send them out two ways:
One person, their matches — send an individual a formatted email of the listings that fit their criteria.
