Matching Engine Overview
Platinum Feature: The Matching Engine feature is available with the Cloze Business Platinum Plan.
The Cloze Matching Engine is designed for a “broker” model where you need to match “products” to prospects (and vice-versa).
- Real-Estate: Match properties to customers based on their features
- Recruiting: Match positions to potential candidates based on their profile
- Non-Profit: Match list of potential donors to a current campaign based on their expressed interests.
- And others like cars, yachts, antiques and art.
You can create Pick List Custom Fields to show which People are a match to the "Product" (Property, Job, Car, Yacht, Campaign, etc.) and vice-versa.

Create Matching Custom Fields
Pick List Custom Fields are used to show which People are a match to a Listing (Property, Job, Car, Yacht, Campaign, etc.) and vice-versa.

Rename your Projects/Deals section (optional)
This is optional, but you may want to change the default section label to the name of "product" you are brokering (for example: Property, Listing, Job, Car, Yacht, Campaign etc.).

Set the matching values for your contacts
When you create contacts in Cloze you can set your new Matching Fields. The profile criteria you set will be used to create matches to Property, Job, Car, Yacht, Campaign, etc in which they may be interested.
There are three ways you can add your People into Cloze:
- Create it in Cloze - tap on the compose icon in the upper right and create a Person and set your Matching Custom Fields.
- Import via CSV - Import your Property, Job, Car, Yacht, Campaign, etc into Cloze via a CSV file.
- Create via API
- Cloze API - Using Cloze's API you can create your Property, Job, Car, Yacht, Campaign, etc automatically.

Find clients that match criteria for Properties, Jobs and Campaigns
Once your clients and Properties, Listings, Jobs, Cars, Yachts, Campaigns, etc are loaded into Cloze you will start to see matches.

Similarly when you view people you will see matches to Properties, Listings, Jobs, Cars, Yachts, Campaigns, etc.

Turn summaries into emails automatically
When matches are available you can easily send them to the person in a formatted email that includes off the details you set.
Create mail-merge emails containing Properties, Jobs and Campaigns to send to matching clients
When matches are available on a Property, Listing, Job, Car, Yacht, Campaign, etc. you can send a Mail Merge email to each matching person.
