How do I edit the settings for a campaign step?

The Cloze Campaigns feature is included as part of the Cloze Business Platinum Plan

Each Cloze Campaign is made up of a series of steps. Each step has its own set of controls that you can adjust as needed. Tap on the Campaign step (it will turn light blue) to edit the settings. 

At the bottom of this page are links to detailed settings instructions for each type of campaign step.

The Campaign also has its own settings that control the high-level functions like when to start and when to end. 

Edit the settings for a Campaign Step in the Library

Navigate to the Cloze Library to edit a Campaign. 

1.) Tap on More (...) in the lower right of your screen on mobile (iOS/Android) and lower left on cloze.com.

2.) Tap on Template Library

3.) Search for the template by name.

Or tap on the funnel icon to filter by template type. 

Select Campaign.

4.) Tap "Edit" or the edit icon to edit the Campaign. 

Each Campaign step has its own set of controls along the right side of the screen.

Tap on the step to set the controls for a specific step.  When a Campaign Step is selected it will turn a light blue

Select the step you wish to edit by tapping on it (it will turn light blue when selected). Use the controls on the right to fine-tune the step behavior.

Make any necessary adjustments to the Campaign step settings.

Please note that each type of step will have its own settings. For example, a step to automatically send an email will have different settings than a step to automatically send a text.
